Hec Rivera, Jr is a versatile and accomplished musician, producer, and audio engineer with over 23 years of high-level experience in the music industry. 

Raised on a ranch in deep, rural south Texas, Hec has toured the globe as a sideman guitarist and utility man, and has shared the stage with some of the biggest names in contemporary country, pop, rock, and latin music. 

In addition to his touring career, he has built a reputation as a skilled producer and songwriter, as well as a mixing and mastering engineer. With a deep passion and an astute ear for the technical side of music, he has opened his own recording studios twice, where he continues to collaborate with artists and helps to bring creative visions to life.

Outside of his music career, Hec is a licensed pilot, is a passionately avid deer hunter, enjoys classic cars, and collects wristwatches. He’s also a dedicated, lifelong fan of the Atlanta Braves, and spends most of his spare time during the season watching any baseball he can find.

He lives in The Woodlands, Texas, where he operates his primary studio workspace, and also maintains a home in Franklin, Tennessee.
